Mark is a former 6 year AFL Footballer who played alongside many of the games all-time greats including current Sydney Swans coach Paul Roos, Dermot Brereton, Jason Dunstall, Shane Crawford and Alistair Lynch.

His only personal claim to fame however, is for being the first footballer to have never been arrested or involved in a drunken nightclub brawl!

He is the author of 'The Year Round Health & Work-Life Success' Program and now combines training in health science with his time working with elite athletes and senior personnel from companies such as CBA, Macquarie Bank, PMM, Citigroup & Merrill Lynch to show busy businesspeople how to get the job done and achieve great success while getting the balance right and looking after No.1.
